About the Senior Land Charges Officer position:
Our client, a Borough Council, is seeking a Senior Land Charges Officer on a part or full-time locum basis, pending permanent recruitment.
The successful candidate will be joining the Land Charges team and will play a key role in maintaining the Land Charges Register and processing search applications.
Responsibilities of the Senior Land Charges Officer:
- Oversee and verify search applications
- Record local land charge search applications
- Maintain and improve databases
- Liaise with internal departments, to ensure timely and accurate records for search completion
- Final-check completed searches and update the Land Charges Register via HMLR and TLC/Agile systems
Experience required for the Senior Land Charges Officer role:
Previous experience in working as a Land Charges Officer is required to be considered for this opportunity.
