Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer

Panoramic Associates are currently recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join one of our clients, a local authority based in London for an initial 3 months locum contract with a strong likelihood of this being a long-term opportunity, potentially up to 12 months! 

The role is available on a full-time basis and will be on a hybrid basis, working in office/attending court 3 days per week with the remainder worked remotely.  This post will involve advising on a wide range of housing litigation matters including possession, disrepair, anti-social behaviour and homelessness.
 
Essential Criteria:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered.
• Previous experience working with a local authority 
• Good practical knowledge of housing litigation law including housing prosecutions & disrepair
• Experience undertaking advocacy would be desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
