Job Description:

Adult Care Lawyer - FULLY REMOTE
Vivid are working with a local authority in the West Midlands who are looking to bring an Adult Care Lawyer into their team on a long-term interim contract. 

Key responsibilities of the Adult Care Lawyer

  • CoP applications (s15/16 welfare and 21A)
  • Judicial reviews and complaints regarding adult social care
  • s.29 applications under the Mental Health Act
  • Advice relating to deprivations of liberty and best interests
  • Advice relating to adult safeguarding and care act 2014

Benefits include:

  • Above market rate
  • Long term security (6-month initial contract, with the option to be a very long-term assignment)
  • Condensed working hours
  • Fully remote working
