Vivid are representing a local authority on the West Midlands who are looking for a Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a rolling contract.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Dealing with construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
• Drafting service agreements
• Providing procurement advice
• Subsidy control

The ideal candidate will:

• Have recent local authority experience
• Be able to start in the next 4-8 weeks
• Have a good knowledge of contracts law

Office presence: Fully remote including your induction

Contract length: 6 month rolling 

Days working per week: 4 with flexibility
