A local authority in the South-West are urgently looking for a part-time Planning Lawyer to join their team on a long-term contract to deal with a major contract.
  • The project is relating to 8,000 houses
  • Fully remote
  • No planning committee attendance required
  • Weekly hours: 20-25
  • Contract length: 6 months intially with scope to extend past the year mark

  • A good knowledge of Compulsary Purchase Orders
  • 5 years PQE
  • Be able to start within the next 4 weeks
