Locum Employment Solicitor
3-6 months initial contract
Remote – South East
£45-50 per hour

Panoramic Associates have been instructed by local authority in the South East to recruit an experienced Locum Employment Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial 3-6 month basis.

You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of employment law, managing a full caseload of contentions and non-contentious employment law matters.  You will be a team expert in employment law and hold responsibility for the delivery of all aspects of legal advice for your team.

Employment law matters will include, but are not limited to;  

• Restructures and redundancies
• Discrimination claims
• TUPE
• Unfair dismissal
• Trade Union provisions
• Pensions

Key Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, alternatively, non-qualified Lawyers with substantial relevant experience will also be considered
• An excellent knowledge of Employment law and proven experience of work in this area
• Previous experience working within the public sector, ideally within local government.

Our client is ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis however, part-time applicants will also be considered.
