£34,728 - £42,821 (Pay award pending) depending on experience. Career Progression from Grade 11 to 12 and 12 to 13

Service area: Governance and Commissioning

12 months contract at which point this will be reviewed with a possibility of a permanent post.

You will largely be homeworking and you will only be required to come into the office for business needs, the office is located in Huddersfield Town Centre.

Working Monday - Friday (Flexible working is available)

Kirklees Legal Services is one of the largest legal practices in the area and carries out and commissions the legal work required by Kirklees Council.

The Council has exciting plans for the development and regeneration of our area and we are looking for a property lawyer to help turn our plans into reality.

The Real Estate Team is one of the specialist legal teams within Legal Services. The team act for the Council in real estate transactions both routine, such as, commercial lettings, strip sales and complex strategic high value projects,

It is essential that you are either a qualified Solicitor, holding a current practising certificate, or a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or equivalent.
