You will be a qualified solicitor with post-qualification experience working either in private practice and/or in-house and have demonstrable experience of working, with minimal supervision, on commercial projects and understanding of the contracts and procurement issues which arise within them. You will have a good knowledge of construction contracts, framework agreements, different operating models and project funding arrangements (including subsidy control considerations arising from grant funding).
