Job Description:

Locum Information Governance Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is currently assisting our local authority client secure the services of an experienced information governance lawyer for a long term locum assignment.

The ideal client will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with previous experience gained from a similar role.

Duties include:

  • - Providing advise on information governance matters such as data protection and freedom of information
  • - Subject access requests
  • - FOI requests
  • - Security breaches
  • - Complaints including those referred to the ICO
  • - DPIA's
  • - Providing training as required

The client is able to be flexible as both full and part time hours will be considered. It will be conducted on the basis of being fully remote with no office presence required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an information governance lawyer to secure a long term locum role whilst providing some much needed assistance to a busy inhouse legal team.
