Building on an already experienced team, we are looking to appoint a motivated Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Litigation & Regulatory team.

The successful candidate is required to provide quality legal support to the Council with a varied and interesting caseload of employment and general litigation matters including representing the Council in the Employment Tribunal. The work will also involve advising Human Resources on all aspects of the Council’s relationship with its employees, including advice on corporate policies, termination arrangements and TUPE.
 
You must have good technical knowledge, excellent communication and I.T. skills and an interest in the relevant area of law. However good legal skills and the right attitude are as important as experience.
