Job Description:

Salary: £33,782 - £42,821 (dependant on PQE and achieving core competencies)

We are looking for a Lawyer to support the Children and Adults legal teams on Court of Protection cases involving young people transitioning from children to adults services.

This is a sensitive and confidential area of work and demands a commitment to public law and experience of the law under the Children Act 1989 and Mental Capacity Act 2005. You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills and demonstrate exceptional organisational abilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lawyer to join a small team where you can take on career-defining work and effect widespread change for the children and young people of Herefordshire.
