£43,380 - £49,163 per annum (Pro-rata for part-time)

If so, Warwickshire’s Children and Families Legal Service needs you!

The Role

We are seeking qualified solicitors or barristers (or those who will qualify in the next six months) with a good understanding of the law relating to children and families.

You will have a strong commitment to client care and be a reliable colleague who will fit into our friendly and supportive team.

We have vacancies across the team for solicitors/barristers to case manage public law proceedings cases and to develop their flair for advocacy. 

There may also be an opportunity to advise on and manage matters being managed in the pre-proceedings framework, and private law cases.

We are currently working remotely and anticipate our future working arrangements will include opportunities to continue working remotely, subject to business need and the requirements of the role to attend Court hearings and meetings in person.
