Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for up to 5 trainee solicitors to join our training programme in either April or October 2021
 

The company

Invicta Law prides itself on providing comprehensive and proactive advice and support to local authority and public sector clients. We are looking for up to 5 trainee solicitors to join our expanding team of experienced professionals in either April or October 2021.

Our trainee programme is a two year fixed term contract with the opportunity to gain experience in a broad range of areas including Child Protection, Community Care, Asylum, Planning and Highways, Property and Commercial law. You will work alongside our expert teams, taking early responsibility and gaining an in depth understanding of working as a lawyer within Invicta Law.

We are looking for hard working and commercially aware individuals who have a keen interest in the public sector. You will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills and be able to grasp new areas of law quickly.

The successful candidate will have:

  • a 2:1 degree
  • completed the Legal Practice Course
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • able to work quickly and accurately
  • committed to taking early responsibility and meeting deadlines
