We are based in South West London and in normal times, our team can work out of any of 5 locations as well as remotely - agile working has  been business as usual for a long time in SLLP. We have a wide range of flexible working options and have developed a number of health and well-being initiatives over the years.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic applicants, keen to develop their skills in a public sector environment. Please do not be put off if you don’t have local government expertise – it is your determination to provide a top class legal service which will matter most, the rest can follow.

Property (Housing) Lawyer - this role is suitable for a candidate who is able to provide support on advising on matters relating to complex regeneration residential scheme as well as advising on innovative ways of developing existing housing stock management.  The role will involve a range of housing stock management transactions and the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate experience and enthusiasm in dealing with a range of housing property matters across all 5 Councils. The role will include supervision of a team of lawyers conducting routine conveyancing matters of local authority housing stock and previous management experience is required. 

Closing date: 10 March 2021

Interviews will be held on 30th March 2021.
