£52,800 - £53,868 per annum plus an annually reviewable market supplement of up to 10k Welcome to SLLP We provide a wide range of legal services to the London Boroughs of Merton, Richmond, Sutton, Wandsworth and Royal Borough of Kingston, making us the largest local authority shared legal service in the country. As such, we are able to offer employment opportunities across all aspects of local government legal work. We are based in South West London and in normal times, our team can work out of any of 5 locations as well as remotely - agile working has been business as usual for a long time in SLLP. The SLLP is seeking to recruit a Principal Lawyer with a proven track record in local government matters either working in a council or in private practice with a local government client base. This role will assist in managing a team of procurement lawyers which has a diverse work load dealing with complex and high profile matters including the creation of companies and shared services.
