Job Description:

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Childcare Lawyer on a locum basis, for a thriving and successful Council in Kent, one of which we have worked with for many years supplying locum staff.

The Council has a busy caseload of childcare proceedings, sitting amoungst a supportive and dynamic team. The successful candidate can expect opportunities to develop their career in children's services and expand knowledge and experience.

The post will be on going on a full-time basis and the client is able to offer flexible home working options. The rate is also negotiable.

It is essential that applicants are either a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive, with a current practicing experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in public childcare matters.

This is a great opportunity to work with a Local Authority that has a wide-ranging client base and can offer the sucessful candidate an opportunity to take their first step into public sector or to develop and fine tune their childcare public sector knowledge, within a supportive environment.
