Job Description:

Salary Range from £38,813 to £41,675

Location: County Hall, Mold, Flintshire Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity a qualified solicitor or member of CILEX to join our busy and friendly team of legal professionals.

This role will be responsible for providing advice in at least two of the following areas of law: Litigation (prosecutions and civil litigation); environmental health/public protection; Licensing; Planning; Education; Employment. The work is diverse and includes involvement in a number of high profile and exciting projects.

As an integral part of a professional legal team delivering legal advice and support to all aspects of the Council’s services, you will be a positive and highly motivated person who is confident, versatile and innovative.

You will be a team player, have a flexible approach to work and be able to provide a degree of mentoring and training to junior members of the team. You will be a strong communicator with excellent analytical and drafting skills and the ability to manage a full and varied caseload.
