Job Description:

Our client, a Local Authority in Yorkshire are seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join their team on a part time basis for a period of 9 months.

The successful Planning and Highways Lawyer will be joining a supportive and friendly team. Day to day responsibilities of this locum position will include;

  • Drafting agreements pursuant to S106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990
  • Advising on planning and highways matters, including planning enforcement matters
  • Attending planning comittees.

This position is to start at the end of April and for part-time hours with some remote working also being offered.
