One Legal is looking recruit into its expanding team and is offering various opportunities across its planning, commercial and litigation teams.

One Legal an ambitious legal service, providing multi-disciplinary legal support to public sector clients across Gloucestershire. Based in Tewkesbury, we are a partnership of three local authorities: Cheltenham Borough, Gloucester City and Tewkesbury Borough Councils. We also provide legal services to other local authorities and public bodies such as housing providers and the police.

As a member of the land and property team you will provide valuable support to our diverse partner councils in delivering their new build and regeneration projects, but you will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of land-related and financial transactions and topics, including commercial and residential property matters, loans and grants, and related local authority focused areas of law and practice.
