(6 months) Locum Litigation Solicitor – £35 to £45 per hour – Buckinghamshire
 
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Litigation Solicitor for a Local authority based in Buckinghamshire.
 
The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 6 months on a full-time basis, however part-time applicants may be considered and flexible working arrangements may be available.
 
Day to day duties may include:
 
  • Advising the authority on a variety of litigation matters and conducting advocacy in the Magistrates and County Courts
  • Undertaking work for both a District and County Council / dealing with criminal and civil litigation matters
  • Prosecutions work to include includes fly tipping, education prosecutions and environmental prosecutions
  • Advocacy at Magistrates Court
