Part-time Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – £35 to £42 per hour – East Midlands
 
Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the East Midlands.
 
The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months on a part-time (2 days per week) basis to be performed in the office.
 
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with Local Authority experience, however, candidates who have worked with Local Authority clients will also be considered.
 
The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities including:
 
  • Handling a complex property caseload including high value matters
  • Granting and acquiring new leases and lease renewals
  • Negotiating and drafting commercial Leases
 
This role is offering between £35 and £42 per hour dependent upon experience.
